That she is the Grantor in a Guardian's Deed styled as Ann Conner, Guardian of the Persons and Estates of Ross A. Minor and Jennie L. Minor, Incompetents, Grantor to Raymond E. Stahla and Dianne R. Stahla, husband and wife, as joint tenants, dated November 26, 1975, acknowledged November 26, 1975, and filed and recorded in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska on December 4, 1975, in Book 180, Page 372 of the Deed Records to Raymond E. Stahla and Dianne R. Stahla, husband and wife, as joint tenants. 2. That Affiant, was at the time of the aforesaid conveyance the duly appointed and acting guardian for the persons and estates of Ross A. Minor and Jennie L. Minor, Incompetents, pursuant to authority granted her in proceedings filed in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska styled and docketed as follows: In The Matter of The Guardianship of Jennie L. Minor, An Incompetent, Case No. 1772 and In The Matter of The Guardianship of Ross A. tiinor, An Incompetent, Case No. 1773. 3. That she has reviewed the Iegal description in the aforesaid deed and finds that the metes and bounds set forth therein are in obvious error. 4. That the correct legal description should be and is, as follows: A tract of land comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter (NW's) of Section Twenty- Six (26), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (20}, West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as commencing at a point on the West line of the Northwest Quarter, Five Hundred Ninety-Three (593) feet South of the North- west Quarter; thence proceeding along said line in a Southerly direction, Four Hundred Two -and Six Tenths (402.6) Feet; thence deflecting left 92°15' and running Easterly a distance of Six Hundred Twelve and Three Tenths {612.3} Feet; thence running Northerly and parallel to the West line of said Section -I-
