<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That GENERAL MOTORS
<br />:;CORPORATION, a Delaware Corporation, duly authorized to do
<br />business in the Stare of Nebraska, having its principal office at
<br />'! 3044 West Grand Boulevard, Detroit, Michigan 482.02, GRANTOR, in
<br />consideration of FIFTY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS
<br />($59,900.00), in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby
<br />!acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, release, alien
<br />and confirm unto MARVIN L. SMITH and DONNA L. SMITH, GRANTEES, as
<br />-JOINT TENANTS, and not as tenants in common; the following
<br />described real estate, situated in the County of Hall and State
<br />of Nebraska, to-wit:

<br />Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Subject to easements and restrictions of
<br />record,
<br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />'to the same belonging, and all the estate, title, claim or demand
<br />whatsoever of the said Grantor of, in or to the same, or any part
<br />thereof.
<br />IT BEING THE INTENTION OF ALL PARTIES HERETO, THAT IN
<br />THE EVENT OF THE DEATH OF EITHER OF SAID GRANTEES, THE ENTIRE FEE
