<br />Nash=Finch- Campo-ey, a F3elaware corporation, herein called Grantor, in
<br />consideration of ~-11~ ~<--~~-~ , receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, hereir. called Grantee, a
<br />permanent and perpetual easement and right-of-way to survey, construct, inspect,
<br />maintain, repair, replace, extend,. remove, and operate thereon, underground
<br />electric utility lines, cables, terminals, transformers, surface markers, and
<br />other appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along, across,
<br />underneath and through a tract of land located in part of Block 16 of Pleasant
<br />dame Subdivision and in part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(SE3c,SEk) of Section Twenty-one (21), Township Eleven (11} North, Range Nine (9)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />A strip of land sixteen (16) feet in width, the Westerly line of
<br />said strip being described as follows: Beginning at a point on the
<br />Easterly right-of-way line of Eddy Street, being forty (40) feet
<br />North of the Southwest corner of said Black 16 of Pleasant Home
<br />Subdivision; thence Southerly along the said Easterly right-of-way
<br />line of Eddy Street a distance of ninety (90) feet more or less, to
<br />a point on the Southerly line of the tract of land described in
<br />Document #i80-OOS7b7, recorded in the Hall County Register of Deeds
<br />office. Said tract of land containing 0.03 acres more or less as
<br />shown on the plat dated 1/21/81, marked Exhibit "A", and attached
<br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
<br />together with the following rights:
<br />Unrestricted ingress and egress to the above-described tract of land far
<br />installation, maintenance, operation and removal of such utilities and appurtenances.
<br />Such rights of ingress and egress shall include all rights necessary for
<br />the full and complete use, occupation and enjoyment of the easement herein
<br />granted, including the right to excavate and refill ditches and trenches, to
<br />remove, clear, and keep clear trees, bushes, hedges, undergrowth, and other
<br />obstructions interfering with the surveying, construction, inspection, maintenance,
<br />repair, replacement, extension, removal or operation of such utilities. No
<br />improvements, structures, buildings, fences, or other obstructions of any kind
<br />whatsoever, shall be allowed in, upon, above, along, acrasa, underneath, or
<br />through the easement herein granted.
