Bradsby, husband and wife, <br />herein called the Grantors, in consideration of One and NoI100 <br />Dollars (51.00), plus other valuable consideration, received frc3~ <br />Grantees, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Marvin <br />D. Bradsby and Shirley R.
