<br />FOR KNOTT SUBDIVISION
<br />WHEREI:S, covenants and restrictions have been created and
<br />imposed on all lots in Knott Subdivision in the Northeast' Quarter
<br />of the Northeast Quarter (NE~-NES} of Section Thirty-Three (33),
<br />Township Eleven (lI) North, Range ?dine {4}, West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska; and,
<br />WH:';'~kS, said covenants and restrictions ~onre `filed September
<br />2O, 19bf~ in Book i5, Yage 519 in the 3egiste~- u," „_~..s of "~::w, i:a')_i
<br />County, Nebraska; and,
<br />WHEREAS, :matt Subdivision has been annexed to the City of
<br />Grand Island, and the City's building and zoning ordinances now
<br />control the development of the Subdivision and any building con-
<br />struction located thereon; and,
<br />WHEREAS, the covenants and restrictions interfere with the
<br />continued development of the lots in :~nott Subdivision; and,
<br />WHEREt~S, the undersigned, bung all of the record title
<br />holders of all of the lots in the Subdivision desire to have the
<br />covenants and restrictions repealed and revoked for the purposes
<br />herein stated.
<br />NOW, THEP.E:ORE, the undersigned, being all of the owners of
