BOBBINS, husband and wife, herein called the Martgagors, in consideration of Thirty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred and Noj100 Dollars (~3s,500.00) do hereby mortgage to MELLIE J. BOBBINS, herein called the Mortgagee, the following described real estate in Ha11 County, and State of Nebraska: The South Sixteen Feet (16') of Lot Five (5); all of Lot Seven (7} and the North Twenty Feet (20') of Lot wine (9}, being 20' wide, north-to-south and approximately 175' Iong, east-to-west, all in Block Thirteen (13}, in Scarff's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska. This Mortgage is atven to secure the payment of the sum of $38,500.00 and interest thereon, according to the terms of a certain Promissory Note of even date, executed by the Mortgagors to the Mortgagee, due the 1st day of June, 1990. The Mortgagors further agree to maintain insurance upon the above described premises in an amount not less than the indebtedness due the Mortgagee with a loss-payable clause in favor of Mortgagors and Mortgagee as their interests may appear. The Mortgagors agree to pay all taxes and assessments upon said premises and all other taxes, levies and assess- ments levied upon this Mortgage and the Note which this Mortgage is giver. to secure before the same become delinquent. In the event the Mortgagors shall fail to obtain such insurance ar pay such taxes before delinquent, the Mortgagee may purchase such insurance and pay such taxes or other liens and the amount so paid shall become due and payable forthwith by the Mortgagors to the Mortgagee without notice or demand and shall become part of the principal due under the above mentioned Pramissary Note. Zn the event the Mortgagors default in the payment of said indebtedness or any irstailment thereof, or fail to perform any of the other agreements herein, the Mortgagee at Mortgagee's election may declare the entire debt secured by this Mortgage to be due and caliectible at once; and may foreclose this Mortgage for the satisfaction thereof. This real estate Mortgage is heing filed to correct the Real Estate Mortgage recozded as DacumEnt No. 80-002421 in the records of the Hall County Register of Deeds in which the real estate description incorrectly listed this groperty as being the South 15' of Lot 5 and it should have been listed as being the South 15' of Lat 5 and it should have included the North 24' of Lot 9.
