The abstract shall show the 1977 and all prior <br />real estate taxes paid, and shalt show said premises free of all <br />liens and encumbrances excepting for any public roads and rights- <br />-. of way, or easements for public utility purposes. If there are <br />any defects in the title, the se d er agrees to promptly cure <br />the same. fihe buyers accept the Fence lines as the boundary <br />lines, despite the minor discrepsncies between the same as <br />shos~n on the attached surveys. The seller represents that he <br />has full possession of Tract A and that na tenant has ary rights <br />,~ thereto.
