<br />JAN ~719~~ <br />CERTIFZCATE_ OF SATISFACTION <br />~~~E ~~ ~~~ OF CONTRACT FOR SALE OF REAL ESTATE <br />KN4~' ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That pursuant to the provisians <br />of the Statutes in such castes made and provided, I, Duane Henn, Clerk <br />of the District Court in and for Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby- <br />certify that a Contract for Sale of Real Estate wherein Indian Acres <br />Land Development Co., Inc., was Seller, and Jayne Kociemba was Pur- <br />chaser, covering the following-deseri.bed premises situated in Ha11 <br />County, Nebraska, to-wit: Lot Seven {7) in Block Two {2} of Dale <br />Roush Second Subdivision, which said Contract for Sale of Real <br />Estate was duly recorded in the a.ffice of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall. County, Nebraska, in Book 28 of Miscellaneous Records at Page <br />519, which Contract for real estate was assigned by said Jayre <br />Kaciemba to Horace D. Crocker and Linda P. Crocker, husband and <br />wife, which Assignment of Contract for Real Estate was duly recorded <br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Document No. 76-003164, which Contract for Sale of Real Estate was <br />subsequently assigned by said Horace D. Crocker and Linda P. Crocker <br />to Paul E. Snaw, which Assignment of Contract for Real Estate was <br />duly recorded .in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebras}:a, as Docw•nent No. 79-007081, which Contract for Sale of <br />Real Estate was subsequently assigned by said Paul E. Snaw to <br />Ronald D. Owings and Veda TMiae Owirg~, husband and wife, by Assign- <br />ment of Contract for Real Estate which was duly recorded in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of [Tall County, Nebraska, as Doc- <br />ument No. 79-007082, was duly foreclosed in said Court in a certain <br />case wherein Indian Acres Land Development Co., Inc. was Plaintiff <br />and Horace D. Crocker and Linda R. Crocker, husband and wife; Paul <br />E. Snow and Jaret TMS. Snow, husband and wife; Ronald D.
