<br />from the Purchase Money Real Estate Mortgage given on a part of
<br />the lots of the Subdivision and on other land described in the
<br />Mortgage executed by Harold Green, Jr. and Delores A. Green,
<br />husband and wife, Mortgagors, to Nellie Maxine Luther Nunnenkamp
<br />and Ralph Maddox, Mortgagees, bn October 3, 1977, and recorded on
<br />October 7, 1977, in the Office of the Register of Lieeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska;, as Docurr~nt No. 77-005860, given as security
<br />for the payment of the debt described in the Mortgage.
<br />This Partial Release of Mortgage is given on the express
<br />condition it shall in no way affect the lien of the t~lortgage on
<br />the r~naining land described in the Mortgage but shall only be
<br />construed as release from the lier. of the tortgage as to the real
<br />estate specifically described in this Partial Release of Mortgage.
<br />LeRoy Zunnenkamp, husband of t3ellie ciaxine Luther Nunnenkamp,
<br />and Helen Maddox, wife of Ralph Aiaddox, join their respective
<br />spouses in executing and delivering this Partial Release of
<br />Mortgage for binding their statutory interests in the real estate.
