<br />McDermott, Yost and Schwartz Partnership, herein called

<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein
<br />called Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement and
<br />right-of -way to survey, cans*_ruct, inspect, maintain, repair,
<br />replace, extend, remove and operate thereon, overhead and
<br />underground public utilities, including but not limited to,
<br />electric utility lines, telephone line, cable t.v. lines,
<br />and all other agpurterances connected therewith: in, upon,
<br />above, along, across, underneath and through a tract of land
<br />located in part of the 5euthwest Quarter of the Southwest
<br />Quartez (SW's, 5W43 of Section Twenty-Seven t273, Township
<br />Eleven {113 Narth, flange :ine (9i west of the 6th P.M., Ha11
<br />County, Nehraska, mere particularly described as follows:
<br />The easterly sixteen ?lh3 feet of the westerly
<br />thzee hundred seventy-five 13753 feet of the
<br />South half of the sated Southwest Quarter of the
<br />Southwest Quarter 5~, Sw~, Sw;3 lying North of
<br />the northerly _~grit-of-way line of U.S. Highway
<br />No. 30, said tract of land containing 0.19 acres
<br />mare or less as shown on the plat dated 9J23~'S0,
<br />marked Exhibit "A", and attached hereto and

<br />Unrestricted ingress and egress across Grantor's property
<br />for any purpose necessary in connection with the survey,
<br />eonstructian, inspection, maintenance, repair, replacement,
<br />extension, removal and operation of such utilities and
<br />aPpurtenanees.
<br />Grange shall have full and complete use, occupation,
<br />and enjoyment of the easement and right-of-way herein
<br />granted, including the right to excavate and refill ditches
<br />and; trenches, to remove, clear, and keep `fear trees, roots,
<br />bushes, hedges, undergrowth, and other obstructions inter-
