Claussen and Earl E, CLsussen, in consideration of the sum: of One Dollar (51.00) and other consideration in hand paid by William D. Grange and Mary Grange, husband and wife, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has bargained sad sold and by these presents does grant and comrey unto the said Wflliam D, Grange and Mary Grange, husband and wife, as joinit tenants and not as tenants in common, and to their assigns asst the heirs and assigns of the survivor of then, the following goods, chattels and property, to-wit: The dwelling house with attached garage, together with all improvements and appurtenances, including all plumbing and heating fixtures and equipment, all light fixtures, bast house and beat dock, all of which chattels are located on the following described real property, to-wit: Lot Number Five (5), East share of the West Lake, Kuester's Lake, Grand Island, Nebraska, located on the East Half of the Southwest quarter (E~SW~) of Section thirteen (13 ), Township Eleven (12) North, Range Nine (9), West of the Sixth (6th) P.M,, Hall Coon*y, Nebraska, which lot is now held under lease from Rudolph N. Koester and Frances Koester. Possession of such chattel property to be given upon execution and delivery of this Bill Of Sale and payment of the consideration therefor, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME FOREVER unto the said William D. Grantee and Mary Grange, as joint tenants and not as tenants in co~+on, and the Grantor hereby covenants with the Grantees to warrant and defend the sale of said property hereby made unto said Grantees, their assigns and the executors, administrators and assigns of the survivor of them, against the claims of all and every Berson whomsoever.
