That he is one of the Grantees under a Guardian's Deed from Ann Conner, Guardian of the Persons and Estates of Ross A. Minor and Jennie L. Minor, Incompetents, Grantor, dated November 2fi, 1975, acknowledged November 26, 1975, and filed and recorded in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska on December 4,. 1975, in Book 180, Page 372 of the Deed Records. 2. That Affiant is President of Stahla Mobile Homes, Inc., duly organized and existing under and pursuant to the laws of the State of tebraska, and on behalf of said corporation executed for it, as Grantor, conveyance of a utility easement bearing date of August 26, 1980, to Northwestern Public Service Company, a corpora- tion, organized and existing under and pursuant to the locos of the State of South Dakota, named as Grantee in said conveyance, which was recorded in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 80-004911, an September 9, 1980. 3. That he has reviewed the legal description in the aforesaid deed and utility easement and finds that the metes and bounds set forth therein are in obvious error. 4. That the correct legal description should be and is, as follows: A tract of land comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter (NS9;) of Section Twenty- Six (26), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, tdebrasY,a, more particularly described as commencing at a point on the SVest line of the Northwest Quarter, Five Hundred Ninety-Three (593) feet South of the t7orth- west Quarter; thence proceeding alony said line in a Southerly direction, Four Hundred Two and Six Tenths (402.6) Feet; thence deflecting left 92°15' and running Easterly a distance of Six Hundred Twelve and Three Tenths i612.3) Feet; thence running Northly and parallel to the West line of said Section Twenty-Six (26) a distance of Three Ilundzed Eighty-Three and Fifty-One Hundredths (383.51) Feet; thence running Westerly parallel to the North line of said Section -1-
