That she is one of the Grantees under a Guardian's Deed <br />from Ann Conner, Guardian of the Persons and Estates of Ross A. <br />Minor and Jennie L. Minor, Incompetents, Grantor dated <br />November 26, 1975, acknowledged November 25, 1975, and filed and <br />recorded in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska <br />on December 4, 1975, in Book 180, Page 372 of the deed Records to <br />Raymond E. Stahla and Dianne R. Stahla, husband and wife, as <br />joint tenants. <br />2. That she has reviewed the legal description in the <br />aforesaid deed and finds that the metes and bounds set forth <br />therein are in obvious error. <br />3. That the correct legal description should be and is, as <br />follows: <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the <br />torthwest Quarter (:na;) of section Twenty- <br />Six (26), Township Eleven (11) North, Range <br />Ten (10}, west of the 6th P.M., in Hall <br />County, NebrasY.a, more particularly described <br />as commencing at a point on the West line <br />of the Northwest Quarter, Five Hundred <br />Ninety-Three (593) feet South of the North- <br />, west Quarter; thence proceeding along said <br />line in a Southerly direction, Four hundred <br />Two and Six Tenths i402.6) Feet; thence <br />deflecting left 92°15' and running Easterly <br />a distance of Six Hundred Twelve and Three <br />Tenths (612.3) Feet; thence running Northly <br />and parallel to the West line of said Section <br />Twenty-Six (26) a distance of Three hundred <br />Eighty-Three and Fifty-One Hundredths <br />(383.51) Feet; thence running Westerly <br />parallel to the North line of said Section <br />Twenty-Six (26) a distance of Six Hundred <br />Twelve and Three Tenths (612.3) Feet to <br />the point of beginning, containing five <br />acres more or less. <br />-1- <br />
