Bluhm and <br />Louis Stukenholtz have subdivided the following-described tract <br />of real estate comprising a part of the East Aalf of the <br />Northeast Quarter (E~NE~) of Section One (1), Township Eleven <br />(11) Nozth, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P,M., in Ball County, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the East line of <br />said Northeast Quarter {NE's), said point <br />being one thousand one hundred sixteen <br />and thirty-six hundredths (1,116.36) feet <br />North of the 5out<heast corner of said North- <br />east Quarter (NEB); thence northerly along <br />the East line of said Northeast Quarter <br />{NE?~) a distance of two hundred thirty- <br />five (235) feet; thence deflecting left <br />90° 00' and running westerly a distance <br />of three hundred seventy and seventy- <br />two hundredths (370.72) feet; thence <br />deflecting left 90° 00' and running <br />southerly a distance of two hundred <br />thirty-five (235) feet; thence deflecting <br />left 90° 00' and running easterly a <br />distance of three hundred seventy and <br />seventy-two hundredths (370.72) feet to <br />the place ofbeginning, and containing <br />2.000 acres, more or less. <br />Now therefore, comes now Jeanne 0. Bluhm, spouse of said <br />Gary L.
