BLUHM and `LOUIS <br />STUKENHOLTZ, conveys to GRANTEES, the following described <br />real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-ZO1}: <br />Lot Two (Z), Bluhm Subdivision located in the <br />East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E'~NE~) of <br />Section One (1), Township Eleven (11), North, Range Pen <br />(10), West of the 6th P.M., Ha11 County, Nebraska, as <br />surveyed, platted and recorded. <br />GRANTOR covenants (faintly and severally, if more <br />than one) with GRANTEES that GRANTOR is lawfully seized of <br />such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances; <br />GRANTOR has legal power and lawful authority to convey the <br />same; and GRANTOR warrants and will defend title to the real <br />estate against the lawful claims of all persons. <br />The purpose of this CORRECTIVE WARRANTY DEED is to <br />correct the spelling of the name of one of the Grantees.
