Borer, Jr. were the owners of the following <br />described property: <br />Lot Seven (7) in Block Two (2) in Gosda Subdivision, <br />part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />(SE;NE;) of Section Twenty-Three (23), Township Eleven <br />(11) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, and is commonly known as 4066 Edna <br />Drive, Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />THAT, a lien arising from a mortgage recorded in Book 161 of Mortgages at <br />Page 73 in the Office of Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, securing <br />a mortgage note payable to The Equitable Building and Loan Association of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, encumbered the property described above; <br />THAT, there exists a Federal Tax Lien against all property and rights to <br />property of Bernard H. and Sherry S. Borer, Jr., inc]uding the property mentioned <br />in the first paragraph herein; notice of which was filed with the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on April 7, 1980; <br />THAT, pursuant to Decree entered by the District Court of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, in the matter of The Equitable Building and Lean Associa*io.^. of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, a corporation vs. Bernard H. Borer, Jr. and Sherry S. Borer, and <br />United States of America, Doc. 73, Page 264, the mortgage securing the note payable <br />and the Federal tax lien were foreclosed on the property described above and the <br />property was sold for the amount of 528,000.00 to The Equitable Euilding and Loan <br />Association of Grand Island, Nebraska at Sheriff's Sale on September 29, 1980; <br />THAT, the Districi Director of Internal Revenue, for the District of Omaha, <br />has determined that it is in the best interest of the United States to redeem <br />such property; <br />NOW THEREFORE, THIS INSTRUMENT WITNESSES that the District Director of <br />Internal Revenue at Omaha, Nebraska, pursuant to the authority contained in <br />28 U.S.C. 2410(c), does hereby make such redemption on behalf of the United States <br />of America within 120 days granted by such statute by depositing the sung of <br />`x28,432.96 payable to The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand island, <br />Nebraska with the Clerk of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />
