ASSIGNMENT <br />HARRIET LANDON a/k/a HARRIET J. LANDON, an unremarried widow, <br />of 2103 Quincy Street, Salina, Kansas 67402, does by these presents <br />convey, transfer and assign to HARRIET J. LANDON and PLANTERS <br />STATE BANK AND TRUST CO., both of Salina, Kansas 67401, Co-Trustees <br />of the Revocable Intervivos Trust wherein the said Harriet J. <br />Landar. is the Crantor-Beneficiary, the remainder interest subject <br />to the life estate of Earl W. Dove of Cairo, NE 68824, of the <br />said Harriet J. Landon, in the following described real estate: <br />An undivided one-half interest in the Northeast <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE'~NW~) the <br />South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S~NW~}, and <br />the North Half of the Southwest Quarter (N'~SW'~}, <br />all in Section Seven (7), Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M. <br />in Hail County, Nebraska, and containing 196 <br />acres more or less (the Southwest Quarter of <br />the Northwest Quarter and the Northwest Quarter <br />of the Southwest Quarter, all in said Section 7, <br />are also known as Lots Two (2) and Three (3), <br />respectively, in said Section (7) ); and <br />An undivided one-half interest in Lots Sixteen <br />(16}, and Seventeen (17}, in 31ock Nine (9), <br />i~ the ~lrigina7 Town of Cairo, Ha]I t'ount-t, <br />Nebraska. <br />Such remainder interest is that devised to Harriet J.
