<br />of the laws of the State of Nebraska, in consideration of THZRTY-
<br />FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($35,000.00), receipt of which ie hereby
<br />acknowledged, conveys to FARMERS UNION OPERATIVE ELEVATOR
<br />ASSOCIATION, a corporation, Grantee, the following described real
<br />estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised Statute 76-201) in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(S 1/2 NE 1/4) of Section Eleven {11), Township Eleven (11), North, Range
<br />Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the North-
<br />east Quarter (SE 1/4 NE 1/4}; thence Northerly along the Westerly line of
<br />said Southeast Quarter vE the Northeast Quarter (SE 1/4 NE 1/4), a distance
<br />of Four Hundred Thirty-one (431.0) Feet to the actual place of beginning„
<br />thence deflecting left 116° 39' and running Southwesterly, a distance of
<br />Two Hundred Thirty-two and Three Hundredths (232.03) Fee[, to a paint of
<br />curvature; thence running Southwesterly along the arc of a r_urve whose
