SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT entered into between THE EQUITABLE BUILDZNG AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, as FZRST PARTY, and DOROTHY LOUISE WOOLMAN, formerly DOROTHY LOtJISE WOODWASD, PARTY OF THE SECOND PART. WHEREAS, Party of the Second Part has a Property Settlement Judgment against the following described real estate: Lot Five (5), Block Nine (9), Meves First Addition to City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, in the amount of $6,000.00, plus interest, arising out of the dissolution of marriage proceedings in the case of Bill J. Woodward vs. Dorothy Louise Woodward, Case No. 70-010, in the District Court_ of Hall County, Nebraska, and WHEREAS, Second party is conveying her undivided interest in the above described real estate to Bi11 .J. Woodward and it is necessary for Bill J. Woodward to obtain a loan from First Party; and WHEREAS, First Party requires a first mortgage lien against the above described real estate before it can pay out proceeds of the mortgage loan to Bill J. Woodward. HOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED BY THE PARTIES, as follows: .. The mortgages of The Equitable Building and Loan Associa- tion of Grand Island, Nebraska, First Party, Document #80-OOb005 for $20,000.00, and Document #8!?-006945 for $12,000.00, shall have first priority aver she judgment lien held by Second Party 1. Second Party hereby subordinates and makes inferior any judgment lien she may have arising out of the above described dissolution of marriage proceedings to the first mortgage lien 4f tits First Party.
