Grantees sha31 not discrisinate upon the basis of race, calar, religion, sex, or natic~sl origin in the construction, sale, lease, rectal, use ar ~cupancy of any of the dwelling units in-the Project- 4. All advertising, including signs on the Premises advert- ising the sale or rental of the Premises shall include the legend, 4 "Aa Ones Occupancy Building" in tape x lettering of easily legible size and design. 5. Grantees shall not, prior to the completion of the improve- menu on the Premises, as certified by the Director of the Cammtmity Iaevelapa~nt Agency, sell, assign, contract to sell, or in any manner Canvey the Premises or any interest therein caithout the print written approval of the Director of Che Community Development Agency. Any successor in interest of Grantees shall be bound by the previsions of this deed. b. Prior to the completion of the improvements on the Premises as certified by the Director of the Community Development Agency, neither the Grantees nor any successor in interest to the Premises sha~11 engage in any financing ar env ether transaction creating any sacrtgage ar other eneumbraz:ce or lien upon the Premises. whether by express agre~eztt or operation o,f Iaw, ar suffer any encumbrance or lien to be made on or attached to the Premises, except for the purpose only of obtaining: A, Funds only to the extent necessary for making the improvements; or B. Such additional funds, if any, in an amount not to exceed the purchase price paid by the Grantees.
