<br />Donald S. Roush, 3anet Camaraa, Suzanne Roush, Mark Roush,
<br />and Timothy Roush herein called Grantors, in consideration
<br />of (~F ~~- receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
<br />hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein
<br />called Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement and
<br />right-of-way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair,
<br />replace, extend, remove and operate thereon, overhead aad
<br />underground public utilities, including but not limited to,
<br />electric utility lines, telephone line, cable t.v. lines,
<br />and all other appurtenances connected therewith., in, upon,
<br />above, along, across, underneath and through a ract of land
<br />located in part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (NW$, SWk) of Section Twenty-Seven (27), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West, of the 6th P.N., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, mare particularly described as follows:
<br />The northerly sixteen (16) feet of the easterly
<br />one hundred twenty-six and six tenths (126.6) feet
<br />of the westerly eight hundred three (803.0) feet
<br />of tlxe said Northwest Quarter of t)'~e Southwest
<br />Quarter (NWT, SW1~)
<br />and,
<br />the easterly sixteen (16) feet of the westerly
<br />six hundred seventy-six and four tenths (676.4)
<br />feet of the said Northwest Quarter of the South-
<br />west Quarter (NW's, SW~), except the southerly
<br />three hundred eight-seven (387) feet thereof, both
<br />said tracts containing a total of 0.40 acres more
<br />or less as shown on the plat dated 9/19/80, marked
<br />Exhibit "A", and attached hereto and incorporated
<br />herein by reference, with the right to place
<br />electrical line anchors or anchors with guy wires
<br />attached thereto on Grantor's property as shown
<br />as "Anchor Easement" on said attached Exhibit "A".
<br />together with the following righ*_~:
<br />unrestricted ingress and egress across Grantor's property
<br />for any purpose necessary in connection with the survey,
<br />construction, inspection, maintenance, repair, replacement,
<br />extension, removal and operation of such utilities and
<br />appurtenances,
<br />Grantee shall have full and complete use, occupation,
<br />and en~oyEaent of the easement and right-of-way herein
