WARRANTY DEED
<br />ICNOii ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That
<br />Vincent R. Van Winkle and Linda R. Van Hinkle, husband
<br />and wife
<br />hereinafter called the grantor, whether one or more, in
<br />consideration of $11,500.00 DOLLARS in hand paid, do hereby
<br />grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
<br />Harlow A. Brown and Marcia L. Brown, husband and wife
<br />hereinafter called the grantees, whether two or more, as
<br />JOINT TENANTS, and not as tenants in common; the following
<br />described real estate, situated in the County of Hall and
<br />State of Nebraska to wit:
<br />Lot Eight (8), Block Ten (10), Original Town of Cairo,
<br />Nebraska, subject to easements and agreements of record.

<br />together with all the tenements hereditaments and aggurtenances
<br />to the same belonging, and all the estate, title, dower,
<br />right of homestead, claim or demand whatsoever of the said
<br />grantor--of, in or to_the same, or any part thereof: subject
<br />to eas®ments and encumbrances of record.
<br />IT BEING THE INTENTIOi3 OF ALL PARTIES HERETO, THAT IN
<br />THE EVENT OF THE DEATH OF ANY OF SAID GRANTEES, THE ENTIRE
<br />FEE SIMPLE TITLE TO THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED HEREIN SHALL
<br />VEST IN THE 5'URVII7ING GRANTEES, WHETHER ON£ OR MORE.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLA the above described premises, with
<br />the appurtenances, un*_o the said grantees as JOINT TENANTS,
<br />and not as tenants in common, and to their assigns, or to
<br />the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them, forever, and
<br />the grantor named herein the grantor's heirs, executors,
<br />and administrators, do covenant with the grantees named
<br />herein and with their assigns and with the heirs and assigns
<br />of the survivor of them, that the grantor is lawfully seized
<br />of said premises; that they are free from incumbrance except
<br />as stated herein, and that the said grantor has good right
<br />and lawful authority to sell the same, and that the grantor
<br />will•'the grantor's heirs, executors and administrators shall
<br />"wetrrant and defend the same unto the grantees named herein
<br />and unto their assigns and unto the heirs and assigns of the
<br />survivor of them, forever, against the lawful claims of all
