WARRANTY DEED <br />Grand Island Doctors Building, Inc., a Nebraska corpora ion, <br />herein called the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of <br />Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration <br />received free Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey <br />and confirm unto Michael L, Janda, herein called the Grantee, <br />the following-described real estate situated in Hall County, Ne- <br />braska: <br />Office On it E in the Grand Island Doctors Building <br />Condominium Property Regime, Lot 1, Saint Francis <br />Medical Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, as defined in the Master Deed <br />Creating Grand Island•DOCtors Building Condominium <br />Property Regime, incorporated herein by this reference. <br />TD HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above-described, in accord- <br />ance with the terms and conditions stated in the Master Deed <br />Creating Grand Island Doctors Building Condominium Property <br />Regime, together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurte- <br />nances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee"s <br />heirs and assigns forever. And Grantor does hereby covenant with <br />the said Grantee and with Gsantee`s heirs and assigns, that <br />Grantor is lawfully .seized of said premises, that they are free <br />frc encumbrance and that Grantor has good right and lawful <br />authority to sell the same; and Grantor does hereby cowenant to <br />warrant and defend the title to said premises against the lawful <br />claims of all persons whomsoever.
