<br />MORTGAGE ASSIGNMENT
<br />FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned GOVERNMENT NATIONAL MORTGAGE
<br />ASSOCIATION, a corporation organized under an Act of Congress and
<br />existing pursuant to Title ZII of the National Housing Act, does
<br />hereby assign to Northwestern National Bank of Minneapolis, Trustee,
<br />c/a Banco Mortgage Company, P.O. Box 1411, Minneapolis, MN 55440
<br />its successors and assigns, but without representation, recourse
<br />or warranty, all its right, title and interest in and to that cer-
<br />tain mortgage in the original principal sum of 51,224,200,00, made,
<br />executed and delivered by Chalet Apartments, Ltd., a Nebraska
<br />Limited Partnership to Don .I, McMurray Company, dated Decesaber 22,
<br />3978, together with the note and indebtedness therein mentioned,
<br />said mortgage being recorded as Document No. 76-008481, in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and as-
<br />signed to GOVERNMENT NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION by Don J. McMurray
<br />Company by assignment dated March 2D, 1980, and recorded as Document
<br />No, 80-001237, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />WITNESS the execution hereof by the GOVERNMENT NATIONAL MORTGAGE
<br />ASSOCIATION at Chicago, Illinois, through its duly authorized
<br />Attorney-in-Fact, whose appointment was published in the Federal
<br />Register, codified in 24 C. F. R. 300.11, as amended, this day of
<br />August 28, 1980.
