Treasurer <br />The Treasurer shall receive and degosit in an appropriate <br />bank as designaead by the Board, all monies of the Association <br />and shall disburse such funds as directed by resolution of <br />the Board of Directors; shall sign all checks and promissory <br />notes of ttuj Association; keep proper books of account; and <br />ahail prepare an annual budget and statement of incaa~e and <br />expenditures to be gresented to the Board of Directors prior <br />to the annual asaeaat~nt period. <br />ARTICLE ZX. <br />Cc~ittees <br />The Association shall have the authority to appoint and <br />discharge committees in accordance with the terms of the <br />Articles of Incorporation. <br />ARTICLE X. <br />Hooks and Records <br />The backs, records and papers of the Association shall <br />at all times, during reasonable business hours, be subject <br />to inspection by any Director. The Master Deed, the Articles <br />of Incorporation and the By-Laws of the Association shall be <br />available for inspection by any Director at the principal <br />office of the Association, where copies may be purchased at <br />a reasonable cost. <br />ARTICLE XZ. <br />Asaessas;nts <br />The Bawd of Directors shall apportion and collect <br />annual assessments as provided ir. the Master Deed and other- <br />riae in these By-Lars. <br />AxTICI.~ Xzz. <br />?~endmehts <br />These By-Lars may be amended as provided in the Nebraska <br />Condomini~ Property Regime Act. <br />ARTICLE XZII. <br />Fiscal Year <br />The fiscal year of the Association shall begin on the <br />1st day of January, and end on the 3lst day of December in <br />every year, except that the first fiscal year shall begin on <br />the date of incorporation and end on December 31 in that <br />year. <br />ZN WITNESS WHEREOF, we, being all of the initial Hoard <br />of Directors of this Associatiop, have tsereunto set our <br />hands. this ,, day of /~ v ~ „ti Erg' 1980. <br />~_ ~-~.q_ <br /> <br /> <br />"~_ <br />
