ARTICLE VIII ~~~ ~~~ ~59~ <br />INSUI#P,DICE <br />Section 1. Insurance. The Association shalt purchase <br />insurance onn Armen such amounts as it deems <br />reasonable. <br />Section 2. Association as Agent. :"ne Association is <br />hereby irres~oca~bTy appainte agent or each C~sa~ter and his mort- <br />gagees co adjust all claims arising under insurance poiicies <br />purchased by the Association on the improvements on the Properties <br />and to execute and deliver releases upon payment of claims with- <br />out joinder by the Owner. In <br />cases of over-insurance, any excess proceeds of insurance received <br />shall he credited to the. Working Fcmd for the Association. <br />Section 3. Additional Insurance. Each Lot Owner may <br />obtain addlt ana nsurance at s expense, for his awn benefit. <br />ARTICLE. I~ <br />ACCESS <br />The Association, i.ts employees and agents. shal}'G have <br />the right to go on ary Lot for the purposes of performing main- <br />eenance and repair, making inspections and performing its duties <br />hereunder, and is hereby granted a specific easement for such <br />purpose. <br />ARTICLE R <br />GENERAL PROVISIONS <br />Section i. Enforcement.
