<br />Section 2.09. Recordation of Mort a azd Securin A eements.

<br />including, without limitation, Mortgagor's interest as Lessor

<br />tain the validity and effectiveness of this Mortgage and the lien

<br />of the Mortgagee, prompt y correct any defect, error or anission
<br />which may tre discovered in the contents of this Mortgage ar
<br />in any agreement further securing the Nate or in the execution
<br />or ackrxowledgement thereof, and will ~secute, acknowledge and
<br />deliver such further instruments and do such further acts as may
