Oll- ~~~}~.$~,~ SPECIItL WARRANTY DEED <br />The CFTY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation, <br />herein called the Grantor, in consideration of Two Thousand Three <br />Hundred Five Dollars ($2,305.00} received from Grantee, does hereby <br />Brant, bargain, se21, convey, and confirm unto <br />MOLLE HOME IMPROVEMENT, INC., <br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska corporation, the following <br />described real property in Hail County, Nebraska: <br />Part of Lot Ten (10} of the County Subdivision of the <br />West Half of rile Southwest Quarter (W~SWi) of Section <br />Ten (10), Township Eleven (11) North, 'Range Nine (9} <br />West of the 6th P.M., more particularly described as <br />comauxecing at a point 23.85 feet West of the Northeast <br />corner of said Lot 1.0; thence running westerly along <br />the C3orth Iine of said Lot 10 a distance of 141.14 <br />feet; thence deflecting left and running southeasterly <br />a distance of 92.6 feet to the northerly boundary line <br />of Fifth Street in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska; thence running northeasterly along <br />Fifth Street for a distance of 126.6 feet: thence <br />running northwesterly a distance of 22.85 feet to the <br />point oL 'treginning; <br />hereinafter referred to as the Premises. <br />Ta have and to 'hold the above described premises unto the <br />Grantees and to Grantees' heirs and assigns forever so long as tree <br />Premises is used in conformity with the ?lrban Renewal Plan and the <br />Camaunity Development Plan cf the City of Grand Island, and so <br />long as all of the following conditions are met: <br />I.
