ROSCHYNIALSRi, herein called the Grantor, in <br />consideration of TWELVE THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS iSI2,048.00) <br />received from Grantees, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and <br />confirm unto LYSLE E. LOCtCARD and BETTY B.
