The Borrower s3~a11 promptly dellver to Lender,. axui <br />isi the case of a Deed of Trust, both to Lender a~i Trustee, <br />a true and correct copy of each and every notirc of default <br />receiued by Borrower with respect to any obiigatirm of the <br />Borrower under the provisions of the Condominium Proptexty Act. <br />of the State of Nebraska {`Conda~minium Property Act"J,-the <br />aaetarr daerd creating the condominium pstiperty regime of <br />which the above Property i~ a part ("Kanter Deed*y, thi$ rules <br />and. regulations t"Boise anti Regulations"') and the bylaws <br />("Bgylaws") adugtad 3sy the association. <br />Z. The Borrower shall not, except with the prior written <br />c~syent of the Lender: <br />a. institute any action or proceeding for <br />partition of the property of which the Property is <br />a part; <br />b. vote for or consent to sny modification of, <br />amendment to or relaxation in the enforcement of any <br />;arovision of the!
