O'Neill and Claudia O`Neill in favor <br />of the State acting through the State Historic Preservation Officer for <br />the purpose of the stabilization, rehabilitation, restoration of a certain <br />Property known as Grand Island Carnegie Library, located at Second and <br />Walnut, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, which is owned by Michael <br />S. O`Neill and Claudia O'Neill and is listed in the National Register of <br />Historic Places. <br />The Property is comprised essentially of grounds, collateral, appurtenances, <br />and improvements and is more particularly described as follows: <br />W 1/3 of Lot 3 and all of Lot 4, B8Z, original town, now City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />In consideration of the sum of $19,810 received in grant-in-aid assistance <br />through the Nebraska State Historical Society from the Heritage Conservation <br />and Recreation Service,-United States Department of the Interior, owners <br />hereby agree to the foilawing for a period of five (5) years: <br />1. Michael S. O'Neill and Claudia O'Neill agree to assume the cost of <br />the continued maiatenance and repair of said Property so as to preserve <br />the architectural, historical, or archeological integrity of the same i_n <br />order to protect and enhance those qualities that made the Property eligible <br />for listing in the National Register of Historic Places. <br />2. Michael S. O'Neill and Claudia O'Neill agree that no visual or <br />structural alterations will be made to the Property without prior written <br />permission of the Nebraska State Historical Society. <br />e <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
