<br /> <br />SUBDIVISION AGREEN~NT <br />WARREN SECOND SUBDIVISION <br />In The City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />The undersigned, Warren B. Garrett and Theresa M. Garrett, <br />husband and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners <br />of a tract of land comprising all of Lot Twelve (12), Warren <br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and containing <br />1.306 acres, more.or less, desire to have subdivided as a subdivision <br />the above described tract of land which is located within the corporate <br />limits of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to <br />'the City Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an <br />accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision to be known as <br />'WARREN SECOND SUBDIVISION, designating explicitly the land to be <br />laid out and particularly describing the lots and easements belong- <br />ing to such subdivision, with lots designated by numbers and easements <br />by dimensions, and propose to cause the plat of such subdivision <br />when finally approved by the Regional Flanning Commission and the <br />City Council to be acknowledged by such owners, certified as to <br />accuracy of survey by a registered land surveyor, and to contain <br />a dedication o£ the easements to the use and benefit of public <br />utilities. Zn consideration of the acceptance of the plat of <br />Warren Second Subdivision, the Subdividers hereby consent and agree <br />with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that they will install or <br />have installed at their expense the Following improvements: <br />1. Water. The Subdividers agree to connect all structures <br />in the subdivision to the City water mains serving said subdivisions. <br />2. Sanitary Sewer. The Subdividers agree to petition for <br />the construction of sanitary sewer *_o serve all lots in the Subdivision <br />prior to requesting any occupancy permit for any strneture in said <br />Subdivision, and agree to connect such structures to the City's <br />sanitary: sewer. In the alternative, the Subdividers may construct a <br />sanitary sewer in accordance with plans and specifications approved <br />by the City`s Director of Public Works and subject to the City's <br />iztspection. <br />- 1 - <br />~~ <br />i <br />
