<br />on demand, be enffiled to irnnxdiate possession of the mortgaged premises and the mortgagor hereby assigns, nansfcrs and sets aver to the
<br />mortgagee all the rents, revenues and income to be derived from the mortgaged premises during such tune as the mortgage im'ebtedrress shall tenraitt
<br />unpaid; and the mortgagee shall have the power to appoint any agent rn agents it may desire for the purpose of repairing said premises and renting
<br />the same and collecting the rents, revenues and income, and it may pay out of said income all experrxs of repaering said premises and necessary

<br />further notice, amt the amount remaururg due under said bond, and any other bond for any additksnai advances made thereunder, shag, Crom the
