<br /> electric utility lines, telephone line, cable t.v. lines,

<br /> and all other appurte.narc*_~s connected therewith, in, upon,
<br /> above, along, across, underneath and through a tract of land

<br /> located in past of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest

<br /> Quarter (SWi, SW~.) of Section Twenty--Seven (27), Township

<br /> Eleven (11) North,, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. , Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:

<br /> A sixteen (16) foot wide tract of land lying
<br /> eight (8) feet on each side of a line described
<br /> as. beginning at a point on the North line of
<br /> the said. Southwest Quarter of the Southwest
<br /> Quarter (SW;, SWv being four hundred twenty-
<br /> seven and six tenths (427.6) feet East of the
<br /> Northwest corner of the said Southwest Quarter of
<br /> the Southwest Quarter (SW4, SA); thence southerly
<br /> perpendicular to the North line of the said South

<br /> containing 0.22 acres more or less as shown on the
<br /> plat dated 9/22/80, marked Exhibit "A", and attached
<br /> hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
