<br /> Eleven (11) North,, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. , Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:

<br /> A sixteen (16) foot wide tract of land lying
<br /> eight (8) feet on each side of a line described
<br /> as. beginning at a point on the North line of
<br /> the said. Southwest Quarter of the Southwest
<br /> Quarter (SW;, SWv being four hundred twenty-
<br /> seven and six tenths (427.6) feet East of the
<br /> Northwest corner of the said Southwest Quarter of

<br /> perpendicular to the North line of the said South
