<br />place of business at Grand Zslartd hereinafter referred to as Mortgagrr, and
<br />United States of America acting by and through Department of Housing and Urban
<br />Develop,-r~ent, with an office at Omaha, Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as
<br />Mortgagee, witnesseth;
<br />i. WHEREAS, the Mortgagor has executed and delivered to the Mortgagee, its
<br />certain Note dated May 25, 1379, in the amount of S1,989,74D secured by a Mortgage
<br />of even date therewith and recorded May 37, 1979 as Document ;Vo. 79-+J03353 of the
<br />Mortgage Records of Hali County,'"ie"braska, covering certain real and personal
<br />property situated in the State of Nebraska, County of Hall, as described in
<br />Exhibit A which is attached hereto; and
<br />Z. WHEREAS, the Mortgagee is now the owner ancli7older of said Pdcte and Mortgage;
<br />and

<br />held for said rode'stedness, or alter, waive, annul, vary or affect any provision,
<br />Condition, or covenant therein, except the principal and the amount of payment, as
<br />herein provided, nor affect or impair any rights, powers, or remedies, under the
<br />said Note and tortgage, it being the intent of the parties hereto that the terms
<br />and provisions of said Note and Mortgage shalt continue in full force and effect
<br />as modified hereby.
