<br />Section 2. Rules of Conduct.
<br />Rules and regulations concCrning the use of the suites, the
<br />garages and the common areas and facilities, including the limited
<br />common areas and facilities, may be promulgated and amended by the
<br />Board o£ 14dministrators. Copies o£ such rules and regulations shall be
<br />Furnished 6y the F3oard of Administrators to each suite and garage owner
<br />prior to the time when the same shall become effective.
<br />Section 3. Right of Access.
<br />A suite or garage owner shall grant a right of access to his
<br />suite or garage to the manager andjor managing agent andlor any other
<br />person authorised by t.tte t?n:;rd of Administrators, the manager or the
<br />managing agent, for th<~ purprrse of making inspections or for the purpose
<br />a£=correcting any conetitian nriginatinq ir. his suite or garage and
