~' ~~"" ~ ~ ~ ? r+.: i c1 REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE <br />F, D, & L Development Groun, a Nebraska partnership, herein <br />called the Mortgagor, in consideration of Eighty Thousand and <br />No/100 Dollars ($80,000.00} does hereby mortgage to Emma r^onner <br />Corey, herein called the Mortgagee, the following-described real <br />estate in Hall County, and State of Nebraska: <br />A tract of land lying in the Northwest Quarter of'the <br />Southwest Quarter (NW'~SW~} of Section Twenty-two {22) <br />in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West <br />of the 6th P.M., more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at a point 33 feet East and 320 feet South <br />of the northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter (SW's) <br />of said Section Twenty-two (22) as the point of beginning, <br />running thence East and parallel to the North line of <br />said Southwest Quarter (SW's} of said Section Twenty-two <br />(22) a distance of 327 feet, running thence South and <br />parallel to the West line of said Section Twenty-two <br />(22} a distance of 200 feet, running thence West and <br />parallel to the North line of said Southwest Quarter <br />(SW~) of said Section Twenty-two {22) a distance of <br />327 feet, running thence North and parallel to the <br />West line of said Section Twenty-two (22) a distance <br />of 200 feet to the point of beginning, <br />This Mortgage is given to secure the payment of the principal <br />sum of Eighty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($80,000.00) and interest <br />thereon, according to the terms of a certain Promissory Note of <br />even date, exe ut by the Mortgagor to the Mortgagee, due the <br />31- day of ~~~ ~Z~ , 1990, the terms and conditions <br />of which note are incorporated herein and made a part hereof by <br />this reference. THIS IS A FIRST, PIIRCHASE ~SONEY MORTGAGE. <br />The Mortgagor agrees to pay all taxes and assessments upon said <br />premises and alI other taxes, levies and assessments levied upon <br />this Mortgage and the Note which this Mortgage is given to secure <br />before the same become delinquent.
