The Subdividers agree to petition the City for paving of Sun Valley Drive in said subdivision prior to applying for any occupancy permits for any structures in the subdivision. Said petition shall be sufficient to represent all of the property within the subdivision which abuts on said street. In the alternative, the Subdividers may construct paving upon said street in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the City's Director of Public Works and subject to the City's inspection. 2. Water. The Subdividers agree to connect all structures in the subdivision to the City water mains serving said subdivision. 3. Sanitary Sewer. The Subdividers agree to connect all structures in the subdivision to the City sanitary sewer mains serving said subdivision. 4. Drainage. The Subdividers agree to grade the lots of the subdivision in conjunction with the structures thereon so that the storm water drains to the public right-of-way. 5. Sidewalks.
