The Subdividers agree to petition the City for <br />paving of Sun Valley Drive in said subdivision prior to applying for <br />any occupancy permits for any structures in the subdivision. Said <br />petition shall be sufficient to represent all of the property within <br />the subdivision which abuts on said street. In the alternative, the <br />Subdividers may construct paving upon said street in accordance with <br />plans and specifications approved by the City's Director of Public <br />Works and subject to the City's inspection. <br />2. Water. The Subdividers agree to connect all structures <br />in the subdivision to the City water mains serving said subdivision. <br />3. Sanitary Sewer. The Subdividers agree to connect all <br />structures in the subdivision to the City sanitary sewer mains <br />serving said subdivision. <br />4. Drainage. The Subdividers agree to grade the lots of the <br />subdivision in conjunction with the structures thereon so that the <br />storm water drains to the public right-of-way. <br />5. Sidewalks. The Subdividers, if still the owners of the land <br />in the proposed subdivision, or if the Subdividers shall have trans- <br />ferred ~ttlz .v the property, then th€ various ~;ra..~ees thereof, w;.ll <br />install, at their oErn expense, all public sidewalks required by the <br />Grid lsl_,~a [:irv C'o-..,s whet, the adjae€n* let _~ built open, and side- <br />walks shall be regulated and required with the building permit for <br />each such lot. <br />b. Warranty.
