SUBDIVISION AGIiE.~t~t7T <br />80-!= ~ ~ ~ 17 ~ BLOCK StJBDIVISIOil <br />In tall County, iebraska <br />The undexsigned, AiJDIZF.kT BLOCK and JOAIv,'E A, BLOCi:, husband and <br />wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of <br />land coaprising the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (S~5"r.'%IvTE'~:E~) of Section <br />Two (2), Tot~nnship Ten (10) froxth, Pange Ten (10) west of the 6th P,M„ <br />in Hall County, Nebraska, said tract containing 4.992 acres, mote nr <br />less; desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above-described <br />treat of land outside the corporate limits but within two miles of <br />the City of Grand Island, and hereby submit to the City Cocmcil of <br />such City fox acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and, plat <br />of such groposed subdivision, to be 'mown as BLOC:: StiBDZVISZO2k, desig- <br />nating explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing <br />the lots, streets, and easements belon£ing to such subdivision, with <br />lots designated by numbers, streets by names, and easements by dimen- <br />sions, and propose to cause the plat of such subdivision when finally <br />ayproved by the k<ebianal k'lantting Cotrzissiori arsd t h4 City Council to <br />he acknowledged by such o~-ners, certified as to accuracy of surveyb <br />by a registered land survegor, and to contain a dedication of the <br />streets to the use of the public forever, and of the easements to <br />the'use and benefit of public utilities, In consideration o€ the <br />acceptance of the plat of said BLOCK SUBDIVISIDN, the Subdividers <br />hereby consent and agree with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />that they will install or provide at their expense the ioiiowing <br />improvtnaents : s <br />1. Paving. The Subdividers waive the right to object to <br />any paving or repavini; district of ~+orth Road where it abuts t:te <br />eubdivision, <br />2, hater.
