SE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CODNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NESRASICA: SECTION 1. Street Improvement District No. 1005 in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, is hereby created. SECTION 2.
