r----< <br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT <br />In consideration of the extension of the time of payment of the original promissory note <br />hereinafter described, the undersigned, Crosby Builders, Inc. <br />i;creby covenant and agree to pay to The First <br />National Bank o Grand stand, Grand Island, Nebraska, or order, the principal sum of <br />Forty-four thousand dollars and no/100------------------------ <br />$ 44,000.Q,9 together with interest thereon at 13 per cent per <br />annum from the date hereof, such sum to be pa able on Oc o er , interest <br />shall be payable at maturity on October 1 , 1981 <br />The original principa! note in the amount of Forty-four Thousand do 0 <br />($ 44,000.00 was executed and deliver y <br />the undersigned under the date of Mav~,_,~979 to The First Nationa{ <br />Bank of Grand Island; Grand island, Nebraska, and was due and payable on the 5th <br />day of November 1979 together with interest at 11 (Eleven) per <br />cent per annum and secured by R~$Ic~L~e~ Mortgage to The First National Bank of Grand <br />Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, pt as Document #79-002800 Extension 79-007896 <br />in the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Dlebraska <br />The undersigned agrees to pay such extended balance of principal of Fort -four <br />thousand and no/100-------------------- ($ 44,000.00 together <br />with interest thereon at per cent per annum, such principal and <br />interest to be payable in lawful money of the United States of America at The First Nat- <br />ional Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />Ail of the covenants and agreements in such original note and the Real Estate Mortgage a- <br />bove-described, other than hereinbefore modified, shall be and remain unchanged and in <br />full force and effect during such extended period.
