<br />En consideration of the extension of the time of pa ment of the original promissory note
<br />hereinafter described, the undersigned, Crosby Builders, Inc.
<br />, hereby covenant and agree to pay to The First
<br />National Bank o Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, or order, the principal sum of
<br />Eleven Hundred Dollars and no/100------------------------------------
<br />$ 1.100.00 together with interest thereon at 13 per cent per
<br />annum from the date hereof, such sum to be payable on October 1, 1981 Interest
<br />shall be payable at maturity on October I, 19tb1
<br />The original principal note in the amount of Eleven Hundred Dollars and no/100
<br />($ 1,100.00 )was executed and delive- r~.by
<br />the undersigned under the date of Decem er 3, 1979 to The First National
<br />Bank of Grand Island, Crand Island, Nebraska, and was due and payable on the 30th
<br />day of Sune, 1980 together with interest at 14.50 per
<br />tent per annum and secured by Real Estat~~~e to The First National Bank of Crand

<br />All of the covenants and agreements in such original note and the Real Estate Mortgage a-
<br />bove-described, other than hereinbefore modified, shall be and remain unchanged -and in
<br />full force and effect during such extended period. If default be made in payment of any
<br />principa! sum, the entire principal sum with interest Yhereon shall become immediately
<br />due and payable at the election of the legal holder thereof.
<br />In further consideration of such extension of time of payment of such indebtedness, I here-
<br />by ratify and confirm such mortgage recorded a~ocument #79-007895
<br />i~ Real Estate Mortgage records of a
<br />County, Llebras a as the first rortgage lien upon
<br />the real property described therein, and the whole o€o€ the title thereto as now owned by me.
<br />The undersigned executes this Extension Agreement with reference to and on the: faith and

<br />qulre; the express intention be[ng to charge and to continue to charge any and ail of such
<br />property with the payment of tloe indebtedness, the payment r:~f which is herein extended.
