<br />CORPORATION QUITCLAIM DEED
<br />The Grantor, SCHWEITZ EQUIPMENT COMPANY, INC., a corporation
<br />organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
<br />State of Nebraska, does quitclaim, grant, bargain, seli,_.convey
<br />and confirm unto THEODORE SCHWEITZ AND NOR~ti1A SCHWEITZ, husband
<br />and wife herein called the Grantees, the following described real
<br />property\in Ha11 County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />s joint tenants
<br />A tract of land Located in the North Half of the
<br />Northeast Quarter (N~Z NEB) of Section Twenty-four
<br />(24), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (l0)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br />particularly described as follows: Commencing on the
<br />East line of said Section 24 at a point Thirty feet
<br />(30') North of '-he Southeast corner of the Nz NE 4;
<br />running thence North along and upon the East line of
<br />said Section 24 a distance of 82.5 feet; running
<br />thence West and. parallel to the North line of said
<br />Section 24, a distance of 258 feet; running thence
<br />South and parallel to the East line of said Section
<br />24 a distance of 82.5 feet; running thence East and
<br />parallel to the North line of said Section 24 a distance of
<br />258 feet to the point of beginning; subject to County
<br />Road over the Easterly 33 feet of said tract.
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with
<br />all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging
<br />unto the Grantees and tb their heirs and assigns forever.
