<br />i4NOW A,LL MAN BX THESE PRESENTS that HAROLD E. WOODS and R1TA C. WOODEN,
<br />husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as Nortgagors, in consideraticn of
<br />the sum of Three Thousand Four Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($3,k50.00)
<br />in hand paid, do hereby sell and convey unto JOE F. GRABOWSKI and AGNES
<br />GRABOWSKl, husband and wife, as ,joint tenants with right of survivorship,
<br />hereinafter referred to as Mortgagees, the following described premises
<br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Lot Four (4), Block Four (4) in the First
<br />Addition to Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described with all the appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging unto the said Mortgagees and to their heirs or personal
<br />representatives, for ever, provided always, and these presents are upon the
<br />express condition that if the aforesaid Mortgagors, their heirs or personal
<br />representatives shall pay or cause to be paid to the said tortgagees, their
<br />heirs or personal representatives, the sum of Three Thousand Four Hundred
<br />Fifty and No{100 Dollars ($3,•:50.00) with interest thereon, payable all
<br />according to the tenure and effect of a certain Promissory Note executed
<br />by Harold E. Woad.en and Rita C. Wooden, husband and wife, and delivered to
<br />Joe F. Grabowski and Agnes Grabowski, husband and wife, or. ,
<br />and sha.11 pay all taxes and assessments levied ugan sdi,d real estate, and keep
<br />the buildings on said premises insured against fire and, windstorm in an amount
<br />not less than the indebtedness due the mortgagees, then these premises to be
<br />void, otherwise to be and remain in full farce.
<br />It is further agreed (1) That if the said Mortgagors shall fail to pay
<br />such taxes or procure such insurance, the said Mortgagees may pay such taxes
<br />and procure such insurance; and the sum so advanced with interest in accordance
<br />with the seed Promissory Note shall be paid py said Mortgagors, and this Mortgage
<br />shall stand as security for the same. (2) That a failure to pay sr~ oP said
<br />money either principal or interest when the same becomes due or failure to
<br />comply with all of the foregoing agreements, snail cause the whole sum of money
<br />herein scoured to become due and collectible at once at the option o#' t2te
<br />Mortgagees.
