<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: that Merle L. Dickerson and Raymond S.
<br />Dickerson, as Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of Arthur S. Dickerson,
<br />Deceased, Grantors, pursuant to authority granted them by the County Court of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, by its Order Authorizing Sale of Real Property dated
<br />March 21, 1980, in consideration of Thirty Thousand Eight Hundred and No/100
<br />Dollars ($30,800.00) in hand paid to them by the Grantee, hereby grant, convey
<br />and confirm unto Lawrence W. Hake, Grantee, the following-described premises,
<br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />Lot five (5), Block Ten (10), Gil Bert's Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging,
<br />and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever of the
<br />said Arthur S. Dickerson of, in-and to the same, or any part thereof, subject
<br />only to easements and restrictions of record;
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises unto the said Lawrence W.
<br />Hake, and to fiis heirs and assigns forever, and the Grantors hereby covenant
<br />that the pranises are free and clear of any lien or encumbrance caused by any
<br />claim for taxes levied against the Estate of Arthur 5. Dickerson, Deceased;
<br />and that Grantors have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same and
<br />they do hereby warrant that they will defend the title to said premises against
<br />the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Merle L. Dickerson and Raymond S. Dickerson, as
<br />Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of Arthur S. Dickerson, Deceased,
<br />have caused these presents to be executed this ~a"rday of April, 1980.
