<br />GEORGE W. SC$ROEDER an3 LINDA L. SCHROEDER, husband and
<br />wife, each in his and her own right and as spouse of the other,
<br />herein called the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum
<br />of Twenty-Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars {25,000.00) received
<br />from Grantee, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
<br />FRANPC E. KOLAR, a single person, herein called the Grantee, the
<br />following-described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot 10, Capital Heights Eighth Subdivision of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska;
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above-described, together
<br />with all the tenements, h~reditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's heirs aad
<br />assigns forever. And Grantors hereby covenant with the said
<br />Grantee and with Grantee's heirs and assigns, that Grantors are
<br />lawfully seised of said premises, that they are free from encum-
<br />brance and that Grantors have good right and lawful authority to
<br />.sell the same; and Grantors hereby covenant to warrant and defend
<br />the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons whomsoever, And the said Grantors hereby relinquish all
<br />right, title, claim and interest in and to the above-described
<br />premises.
