Metering and Helen M. Metering, husband <br />and wife; Donald D. Metering and Rebecca L. Metering, husband and wife; <br />and Naney Ann Erwin and Lauren A. Erwin, wife and husband, hereinafter <br />referred to as the Subdividers, as owners of the following described <br />real estate: <br />A tract of land comprising all of Lot One (1), Conestoga <br />North Third Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska., situated in a part of the North Half of the <br />Northeast Quarter cf the Southeast Quarter (N~NE4SE~) <br />of Section Twelve (12), Township Eleven (11) North, <br />Range Ten (IO') West. of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, ", <br />Nebraska, said tract containing 8.487 acres, more. or <br />less; <br />desire to have said property subdivided, to be known as Conestoga <br />North Fourth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and <br />hereby submit to the City Council of said City for acceptance as pro- <br />vided in Section 16-112, R.R.S. 1943, an accurate plat of such proposed <br />subdivision, designating the land to be laid out and describing the <br />lots by northers and the easements by dimensions and propose to cause <br />the plat of such subdivision when approved by the Regional Flanning <br />Commission and the City Council of the City of Grand Zsland, Nebraska, <br />to be acknowledged by such owners, certified as to accuracy of survey <br />by a registered land surveyor, and to contain a dedication of the <br />easements to the use of public utilities. <br />The Subdividers are the same persons who subdivided Conestoga <br />North Second Subdivision in said City, and have entered intc a subdivision <br />agreement for said subdivision which is filed in Book 27 o.f P4isce1l- <br />aneous Records, at Page 10, in *_he office cf the Register of Deeds, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />In consideration of the acceptance of the plat of Conestoga <br />North Fourth Subdivision, the owners and Subdividers hereby consent <br />and covenant with the City of Grand Island that all of the covenants <br />and agreements made and entered into between the Subdividers in said <br />subdivision agreement for Conestoga North Second Subdivision shall <br />be in full farce and effect for Conestoga North Fourth Subdivision. <br />- i - <br />°_.s ~~ <br />
