<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY TBESE PRESENTS: That the Grantors, Robert B. Kruse
<br />of the County of Wyandotte and State of Kansas for and 'in--
<br />consideration of the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) per linear rod, receipt of One
<br />Htmdred Sixty Dollars ($160.00) of which consideration is hereby acknowledged, da hereby
<br />GRANT, CONVEY and CONFIRM unto Kansas-Nebraska Natural Gas Company, Inc., a Kansas
<br />Corporation, its successors and assigns (hereinafter collectively called "Grantee'!) ttte '
<br />RIGHT-OF-WAY and EASEMENT to survey, construct, install, maintain, renew, repair, replace
<br />and operate two pipelines and appurtenances thereto, for the transportation o€ gas.,
<br />gasoline, oil, petroleum products, or any other substance which can be transported by
<br />pipeline., or any thereof, in, on, over, under, upon and through the following described-
<br />lands situated in the County of Hail and State of Nebraska to-wit:
<br />A parcel of land located in the East Half of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(E'~SE'•y) of Section 32, Township 12 North, Range 10 West of the 6th
<br />P.M., said parcel of land being more fully described as follows,
<br />to-wit:
<br />Beginning at a point on the East line 1,278 feet north of the South-
<br />east Corner of said Section 32; thence west in a straight line to a
<br />point on the West line 1,269 feet north of the Southwest Corner of
<br />se id E~SE'~; thence north on the West line a distance of 75 feet; thence
<br />east in a straight line to a point on the East line 1,353 feet north
<br />of the Southeast Corner of said Section; thence south on the East line
<br />a distance of 75 feet to the point of beginning, said parcel containing
<br />2.27 acres, more or less, and for construction purposes only, an
<br />additional easement consisting of a strip adjoining the above described
<br />parcel on the Sauth line, said strip being 1.6 feet in width. Upon
<br />completion of the installation of the iii-inch pipeline, the easement
<br />for construction purposes is cancelled, and becomes null and void,
