80--005326 AGREEMENT TO SELL REAL ESTATE ~, his agreement made and entered into this ~.,~ day of , 1980, by and between John J. Rasmussen and ady K. Rasmussen, husband and wife and joint tenants, herein- after designated as grantors, and Richard f_ Cavanee, a married man hereinafter designated as grantee, witnesseth: ' That grantors agree to sell to the grantee and grantee agrees to purchase from grantors, the fallowing described real estate situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to wit: Lot Eighty (80), in Buenavista Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska The grantee agrees to pay to the grantors as a full consideration for the above described presmises the sum of Nine Thousand,~~Two Hundred Dollars (59,200.00) payable as follows, to wit: ?moo rho us and Dollars ($2,000.00) the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged as dawn payment, and One thousand Dollars ($1,000,00) the fifteenth of each month thereafter until the total of Nine Thousand Two Hundred Dollars f$9,200.flfl) is paid no later than February I5, 1983. The final payment shall be for One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($1,200.00). All payments and settlements under this contract are to be made by receipt of a check by grantors at 551 South Lincoln Street, Minden, Nebraska, 68959. It is agreed and understood that time is pf the essence of this contract. Grantee shall have a period of time in which to examine the abstract title to the above described property and shall have the right to receive and examine such abstract of title before making final payment prior to February 15, I981. Receipt is hereby acknow- iedged by grantee of the abstract of title to the premises. Grantee shall notify the grantors of any defects in the ab5traet of title prior to October 1, 1980, and provide grantors a reasonable time in which tc~ cure any defects in title prior to the final payment being made February I5, I98I.
