General Agreements: <br />: (A) It is understood and agreed that Lessees may huild <br />such additional buildings and improvements on said premises <br />as they may see fit, and that they shall have the right to <br />remove same at any time during the term of this lease. <br />(H3 It is understood and agreed that in the event <br />Lessees want a telcphtsne, that pales may be placed across <br />the property, as agreed between the parties. <br />(C) It is understood and agreed that Lessees may <br />assign this lease in sueh manner as they may see fit. <br />7. Termination .of Contract. <br />EA3 This lease shall, at the option of the Lessors, <br />terminate far all purposes without notice or demand by <br />Lessors if Lease°_5 fail or neglect to pay the taxes or <br />rental payment for a period of thirty (3Q} davs after notice <br />thereof by the Lessors. <br />(B) Upon the termination of this lease by lapse of <br />tires or breach of farms and conditions, Lessees shall be <br />enti.tied to remove all improvements and pe~'sonal property <br />from the leased premises. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
